3 Best Grounding Sheets of 2025 [Personally Tested]

There aren’t many reviews of grounding sheets online. When I was looking to buy my first one, I was totally confused. What should I even be paying attention to? Which materials matter, what features, what specs?

So, I decided to invest in the three most popular grounding sheet brands (with more on the way) and tested them to make your decision easier. I personally slept on each sheet for at least three months and rated them across five key categories.

From my experience, the winner is the Earthing Harmony grounding sheet. It’s the one I reach for most often and trust completely to do its job. That said, all three options are pretty similar, especially when it comes to performance. There are small differences in size, price, and money-back guarantees, but overall, any of these three could work well for you.

1st Place: Earthing Harmony Grounding Sheet

I started using my Earthing Harmony Sheet in 2023. It’s definitely one of my favorite wellness gadgets, mostly because of the perfect mix of comfy material and performance. I truly believe this sheet helped me the most with my terrible sleep quality. I just sleep best on it, and I think that’s why I’m so attached to it.

It helped increase my sleep from about 5 and a half hours to almost 7 hours, and the quality improved too. If you want to read more about my sleep experiment and the results I can share so far, check out my article on whether grounding sheets really work.

But let’s start with the basics. I paid $90 for the smaller version, which measures 35 by 104 inches because I didn’t need anything bigger back then. There are five larger sizes to choose from, with the biggest King and California King costing $160. How does that compare to other grounding sheets? I’d say it’s a little above average, though I’ve seen some king-size options going for over $200. Personally, I’m happy with this pricing.

It comes in a neat package with a cord, of course, an adapter if you’re buying outside the US, and a small booklet that quickly explains how to use the sheet, test your outlet, wash it, and more. There’s even a calendar to track your grounding habits and note how you feel. That’s about it. I really like the simplicity of it all.

Let’s talk about the actual performance. Since this grounding sheet took first place in my ranking, I probably won’t surprise you by saying it performs exactly as advertised. I tested it with a voltmeter by measuring my body voltage and then comparing it to the voltage when I was grounded through the sheet. This is the most common and effective way to test these kinds of products. The voltage dropped to 0.

Here’s why that drop is a good thing. When your voltage drops close to zero while grounded, it means your body is at the same electric potential as the Earth. This stops electric field buildup from your surroundings. It’s a clear sign that the grounding sheet is doing its job.

Now, about the materials. If you’ve never looked into what grounding sheets are made of, you might be surprised to learn that the Earthing Harmony sheet is 95% high-quality cotton and 5% silver. Yes, actual silver. The silver acts as a conductive element, letting the sheet connect to the Earth. Thanks to some clever weaving techniques, it maximizes the transfer of beneficial free electrons from the Earth straight to your skin.

Of course, sleeping on a sheet made entirely of silver wouldn’t be very comfortable (and would definitely be expensive), so Earthing Harmony keeps cotton at 95 percent to make it as cozy as possible. It’s hard to describe the feel without touching it, but for me, it’s just soft and comfortable to sleep on. It’s not silky smooth or anything like that, but it’s definitely nice. And it’s not scratchy either, which is enough for me.

I also really like the Earthing Harmony customer service. I never had any problems with my sheets (only asked once about international shipping) but it feels like they genuinely care about your experience.

On top of that, I’m impressed by how their product page looks. They don’t just sell the sheet; they educate you with illustrations, tests, data, benefits, and videos. I highly recommend checking out everything on the page before making a purchase. Tons of knowledge there!

2nd Place: The Grounding Co Grounding Sheets

The sheet from The Grounding Co is very similar to the one from Earthing Harmony, with just a few subtle differences. For instance, you can’t iron this one, while Earthing Harmony lets you iron theirs occasionally. It also has a shorter money-back guarantee period.

One more difference is that this sheet has connecting pins on both sides, which turned out to be more useful than I first expected. It’s a small detail, but only this one has it, and it comes in handy sometimes.

Other than that, I haven’t noticed any major differences so far, so there’s no need to repeat what I said about the previous sheet. You can be confident that The Grounding Co sheet will work just as well.

I recommend The Grounding Co sheets, especially if you’re thinking about buying more than one, since they offer some really good bundles. For example, if you buy three, you get one free and save a total of up to $600. Sometimes they even throw in a grounding mat for free during promotions. I’m actually tempted to grab two more as a bundle for my parents.

3rd Place: GroundingWell Grounding Sheets

The GroundingWell sheet is the newest addition to my collection. What makes this one stand out is that it offers the longest money-back guarantee at three months. They also have some great bundles if you want to buy the sheet for someone else. For example, if you get three sheets, it works out to $66 each, which sounds like a really good deal to me. Sometimes they throw in freebies like grounding socks as well.

My main issue with this sheet is that the one I bought is pretty narrow. It’s only 19.7 inches (50 cm) wide but quite long at 104.3 inches (265 cm). This makes it a bit tricky because you have to make sure your bare skin actually touches the sheet, which isn’t always easy when it’s so narrow.

If you think about it, you don’t have full control over where your arms or legs end up while sleeping, so it’s hard to stay in contact with the sheet. For me, it felt more like a grounding mat where you really have to pay attention to whether you’re touching the material or not.

Luckily, GroundingWell offers fitted versions in five different sizes for up to $180, though they’re listed on a separate page on their site that I didn’t notice before buying. You can see them all here. I went with the narrow one, and I do regret that choice a little. So, be sure to think carefully about the size and version you need before making a purchase.

But at the end of the day, the most important thing is whether it lowers your body voltage and it does, just as well as the other brands in my ranking. I really have no complaints there. Just watch out for the size to avoid making the same mistake I did.

Do Grounding Bed Sheets Actually Work?

The truth is, you can only really answer that after trying one yourself. I bought my first grounding sheet over two years ago, so I feel qualified to share my experience.

And here’s the answer: yes, they do work, but over the long term. The biggest mistake I see is when people expect an overnight miracle just by buying the product. Maybe that happens with some supplements, but not with grounding sheets. For me, it took several months (around three to four) before I started noticing a difference, especially in how long and well I slept.

How Much Silver Should Be in Grounding Sheets?

You’ve probably noticed one thing – all the sheets in this ranking use the same material blend: 95% cotton and 5% silver. While cotton is great, it’s the silver that really makes these products stand out, and people often wonder how much silver is needed to get the best results. Well, I’m a living proof that you don’t need more than the usual 5%, based on how much better my sleep has been. Personally, I’m a big fan of that amount in my sheets.

Interestingly, some brands offer higher silver content, up to 24%. I plan to test those soon as well. However, they usually cost a lot more, and I’ve heard some feedback that they aren’t as comfortable. For now, I’m sticking with the standard 5% silver, and I’d recommend you do the same.

Final Thoughts

People tell me, “Jeremiah, I bought a grounding sheet from Amazon and it doesn’t work or I don’t feel any difference”. Most of the time, that happens because they bought it from an unreliable seller. To be honest, my first sheet was a total flop too. I got it on Amazon for about $30, and it just didn’t do the job at all.

The truth is, if you want a grounding product that actually works, you need to invest a little more. The three options I’ve listed here are the ones I trust the most based on my personal experience. So far, other brands I’ve tested haven’t really measured up. I’ll keep updating this ranking as I try out new grounding sheets, so stay tuned!

I’m Jeremiah, and grounding changed my life in the best way. When I first discovered it, I had no idea how powerful simply reconnecting with the earth could be. But I also noticed that so many people were just like me at the beginning, unsure what grounding even is or how to start. That’s why I created this blog: to make grounding more approachable and practical. Product testing is a passion of mine, especially in the wellness space. I also run waterbottleadvisor.com, where I review drinkware products that support hydration and overall well-being.
